Hawaii has had Unions for every industry in Hawaii, Except for the healthcare industry.  Workers within the healthcare industry saw their wages and benefits stagnating because workers were divided into various unions throughout Hawaii.  

 

By uniting all Healthcare workers into one union, dedicated solely to their industry, can true and actual changes be made.  Being ONE, the stagnation to significant improvements in wages and benefit will cease and workers will prosper. 

 

Hawaii Hospital and Health Care Workers Union is the only Union designed to truly help workers within our industry and scope of representation.
